(UNION, NJ) New Jersey-based food company Deep Indian Kitchen is looking to open a restaurant near its large Springfield Rd. headquarters, off Route 22, according to a report on nj.com.
The menu is expected to include some of its favorite traditional dishes like Tikka Masala, Lamb Kofta, Biryani, samosas, and Kati rolls.
Deep Indian Kitchen already has five restaurants in New York City.
Founded in 1977, Deep Indian Kitchen is a family-owned business that has grown into the largest U.S.-based manufacturer of Indian foods. Its mission is to help people conveniently experience the range of flavors offered in homestyle Indian recipes, according to the company’s website.
